LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
This comprehensive 6-18 month program is designed for dedicated professionals to develop the necessary skills to assume a management role at one of our locations. Trainees receive hands-on training in buying autos, selling scrap, retail and production operations, and all safety and environmental programs.
FACILITY MANAGER
While creating a “safety first” culture in each facility you will lead teams and direct operations to maximize production and profitability. Our facility managers also proactively improve facility efficiency and effectiveness by driving improvement in operations and equipment reliability.
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Our Supervisors serve as role models, supporting and ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental policies and practices. It’s an essential role to the success of each of our locations. They are the glue that holds the team together, developing and maintaining positive relationships with co-workers and customers.
