PROJECT SERVICES
Our Project Services team is the heartbeat of project implementation and management. Our projects follow the Agile Methodology with a focus on interactions, quality, continuous improvement and responding to change.
NETWORK SUPPORT
Our network engineers solve problems before they arise. Leveraging a root-cause analysis mindset and familiarity with SD-WAN, WIFI, VPN, port management, firewall rules, network access control, DNS, MFA, certificate authentication, network segmentation and the latest emerging technologies you will be responsible for keeping the pulse on uptimes at over 80 locations and making recommendations on how to leverage and automate our network by configuring and implementing best in class solutions.
IT OPERATIONS
Leverage your skill sets in API Integrations, Azure AD, Cloud Architecture, Remote Support, Microsoft Technology Stack, Server Virtualization, Systems Administration with an agile learner’s mindset on our fast-paced team. If you’re comfortable translating technical concepts for both hardware and software to help end users adapt to the ever-changing technological landscape, our team has a job for you! Our “all hands on deck” teamwork philosophy means you will be asked to diagnose what’s wrong and how to fix it and more importantly how to prevent it from happening again to deliver our teammates with a best in class IT experience.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
We make magic happen behind the scenes to keep the collective intelligence of the organization at our teammate’s fingertips; to facilitate decision making as market conditions change in real-time. If you have a passion for transforming data into insights and love the way that numbers tell a story, you’re going to thrive with the opportunities our hands on BI Team will use your ETL and SQL expertise, dashboard design skills, knowledge of machine learning, artificial intelligence and aptitude for data analytics to stay ahead of the competition.
CYBERSECURITY
We understand how incidents occur, the attack surfaces prone to exploitation, and how to minimize cyber attacks and are skilled at collaborating across the IT departments, the C-level, and end users to instill a culture of IT Security Awareness. Your passion for triaging threat alerts and finding anomalies will be used to configure firewall rules and establish best practices to stay one step ahead of bad actors. Every day will be a new puzzle to solve as we keep our data and our teammates safe and guide the organization’s governance and risk management strategies on various projects.
